Do You Wake Up Between 3 And 5 A.M.? You May Be Having A Spiritual Awakening

183

Waking up in the middle of the night may seem like a rude disruption to your sleep, but it is also your body’s attempt to communicate something. Occasionally it is actually a symptom of something spiritual. Your body isn’t just trying to frustrate you, it’s trying to help you connect to yourself and a greater power.

Don’t ignore this opportunity to awaken your spiritual self. Your spiritual journey begins with recognizing these sleep patterns as significant messages from a divine power. It is possible to learn how to communicate with these supernatural mediums if you take the time to understand what different time cycles indicate.

Waking Between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm

This is the most typical bedtime period for most people. Having trouble to fall asleep during this time probably is a sign of stress and worries from the day. Exercises of successive muscle tension and relaxation are recommended for helping you sleep. Also meditating and positive mantras are important too.

Getting up between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m

This is a sign that you are having emotional difficulties. Although they may seem separate, our body and mind are linked. If you are experiencing abnormal mood swings, your gall bladder is the first organ affected. Having to use the bathroom frequently during these hours is a sure sign that something is emotionally amiss in your life. Be sure to take care of yourself emotionally as it will inherently affect your physical state. Writing down positive thoughts and repeating them throughout the day is a good way to start fixing this.

Between 1 and 3 a.m

You may also find yourself waking up. This is a sure sign that you are angry about something. Although anger is a temporary way to cope with our emotions, it is not a healthy lasting solution. When you are angry, your liver is the organ predominantly affected. In order to begin healing your anger and liver, it is useful to try meditating before bed and staying well hydrated. A glass of water next to your bed is a good way to ensure that you don’t become too thirsty during sleep.

Waking between 3:00 am and 5:00 am

Pay attention if you are waking up in the period between 3 am and 5 am, because this might be a sign that the Divine Power is sending messages to help you to connect with your higher purpose. Chinese medicine assumes that waking up at this time is also associated with the energy zenith that runs through the lungs which is connected with emotion of sadness. In order to sleep better try breathing slowly and deeply and pray the Divine Power within you to protect you and help you.

Waking up between 5 and 7 a.m

This is a sign that you are blocking something emotionally. There is likely something in your life that is weighing on you and this is what is causing you to not get a good rest. Your energy flow is blocked and this affects your lower intestine area. If you wake up during this time, it is best to get up and stretch or use the bathroom in order to get your energy back to where it should be.

Waking every night at the same time is a sign from the Divine Power that you need to change something. You are receiving messages about your path, and about the spiritual journey that you are on. You are here to learn and develop the best version of yourself. Being aware of your higher purpose is part of this process.
