Method What You Need Directions
ACV Body Wrap
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup warm filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Medium bath towel
  • Mix the water, ACV and salt until dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture on the towel to moisten it.
  • Wrap towel around where cellulite appears (legs, buttocks, hips).
  • Wrap with plastic wrap and let sit for 4 hours (or overnight).
